Integrated Control was brought in by Clipsal(Schneider Electric) to oversee the installation and then the commissioning of the CBUS lighting and Intruder Alarm systems for the project. We provided detailed designs for the electrical contactors to assist them with the install process and what is required. We also discussed with the main contactor what is needed by the client for the systems in each area.

The project was to install a network intruder alarm system in each apartment that would allow the concierge and security to be notified if there are any issues that need their attension. Also in the premium appartements the total lighting installation was control by a custom programmed CBUS lighting system which we developed to suite each appartment.
